Located at 97 7th Ave, this cozy spot blends creativity and culinary delight in a way that makes it a standout in the vibrant neighborhood of Park Slope. It's not just a cafe; it's an art haven where food and culture merge seamlessly.

One of the things that immediately catches your attention at Art Collective Cafe is the atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a blend of modern artistry and rustic charm. The walls are adorned with vibrant local artwork, giving the place a gallery-like feel. This space isn't just a place to eat; it’s an ever-changing canvas, where the art on display is as dynamic as the dishes served.

The menu here is as creative as the art that decorates the space. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a more substantial meal, there's something for everyone. The cafe features a range of fresh, seasonal ingredients that highlight local produce and sustainable practices. On a recent visit, I tried the signature avocado toast, which was topped with a perfectly poached egg and sprinkled with fresh herbs. It was light but packed with flavor, setting the tone for the rest of the meal.

For those with a sweet tooth, the pastries at Art Collective Cafe are a must-try. The house-made cinnamon rolls are a fan favorite, offering the right balance of sweetness and spice, paired with a rich cup of locally brewed coffee. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a leisurely afternoon, sipping coffee, nibbling on a pastry, and enjoying the artistic vibe that surrounds you.

But it’s not just the food that makes this cafe special. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether you're asking about the latest art installation or need a recommendation for a new dish, they’re always ready to offer insight and suggestions. It’s this personal touch that really sets Art Collective Cafe apart from other eateries in the area.

The cafe frequently hosts local art events, ranging from gallery showings to live music nights, where artists can showcase their work in a casual, laid-back setting. These events are a great way to immerse yourself in Brooklyn’s artistic culture while enjoying a delicious meal.

The cafe’s location also makes it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors alike. Situated in the heart of Park Slope, it’s just a short stroll from Prospect Park, making it the perfect stop before or after a walk through the park. Whether you’re a local resident or a tourist exploring the area, Art Collective Cafe provides a welcoming space to relax, enjoy, and appreciate the arts in all its forms.

  • Lovely, small cafe with good coffee and pastries. I’ve come here on a weekend, and it was packed. I’ve also come on a weekday morning to work and there was plenty of seating. Either way, it’s really worth dropping by to grab coffee and to enjoy the artwork.

  • Art collective cafe is a gem in the park slope area. If you’re in the mood for a fresh cup of cappuccino or a glass wine (they organic wine options as well!), with a clam European atmosphere with art work hanging on their, then this is your calm oasis. Paired with great service from genuinely nice people, I highly recommend this cafe for a cozy sip.

  • For such a small space this place packs in a lot of charm. One wall is a gallery wall of original art for sale at very affordable prices. The rest of the cafe has made the best of the space with a cozy, eclectically furnished seating space with more art a small shelf of games and art books. Bar seating in the front looking out the windows. Drinks are made with care to your specifications and served in real cups and saucers if getting a hot bev to stay. The variety of pastries looked fresh and priced on par with other cafes in the area. The chocolate chip cookie was huge and very tasty! Very friendly and accommodating service

  • Came here to get quick bite. Got the spinach and feta pastry - was pretty good. But the place was very hot - don’t think the AC was on. We switched on the fan on our own though which made it better

  • This is a beautiful french inspired cafe where you can catch up with friends or enjoy a delicious coffee or a glass of wine by yourself. The vibe is relaxed and stylish, with great music and walls that feel like an art gallery (you can even purchase a piece you like!). Definitely recommend this place!

  • Cute coffee shop with art pieces on the walls. Each table had fresh flowers. I got an iced cortado which was good. Friendly barista. They do jazz some nights.
